Keephath Beech Consultancy Project
  • Kevin Scott Consultancy has worked on this project for a number of years. Initially this focused on helping to put the consortium of developers/landowners together to promote the site with Wokingham Borough Council.
  • We also appointed the consultant team to put together an outline application at the Keephatch Beech site for the provision of up to 300 dwellings. Key issues at the site involved the provision of a distributor road through the site and provision of SANGs. Barton Willmore were planning consultants for the application which we focused on assisting the management of the consortium.
  • In 2015 we were instructed to coordinate the submission of the reserved matters related to the outline application approved in March 2015. As part of this process Kevin Scott Consultancy has coordinated a large consultant team and been involved in the understanding of a complex development site to ensure its timely delivery with the reserved matters approved in July 2016.
  • This project has seen Kevin Scott Consultancy heavily involved in (the early consortium process) liaison and management of large consultancy teams including management of an EIA process, submission of an outline and reserved matters application on a large site.
