Planning Permission Granted for 7 dwellings in Fetcham

We have recently secured planning permission for 7 dwellings in Fetcham on behalf of Finesse Homes.

The site had an extensive planning history with a number of unsuccessful planning applications and dismissed appeals for residential development.  The current proposals addressed the issues raised with the previous schemes and resulted in a positive recommendation to committee with members endorsing the Officers recommendation.

The architects for the proposals were Amasia.

Reeds School Cobham

We are delighted to have helped Reeds School secure planning permission for a new Indoor Cricket Centre.

Elmbridge Council granted permission for the Centre this week.  The new building will provide first class facilities which, whilst intended for use by the school to improve its range of sports provision, will be available to other sports clubs and organisations in the area.

It has been designed by Sports Clubhouses based in Coulsdon.

Office to residential – change to be made permanent

The Government has finally confirmed that permitted changes from B1 offices to residential will become permanent. Previously, the provision was to expire in May 2016 and any buildings being converted under this had to be occupied by then.

Government plans to extend this to cover B1 Light Industrial have also been tabled.  This will be a separate prior approval process with additional criteria to be addressed.  It is due to come into effect in October 2017.

Application for new bowls club, Maidenhead

We have recently submitted an application to RBWM for a new bowls club for Desborough Bowling Club at Green Lane Maidenhead.

The intention is to create a new centre for the club that will provide the highest quality sports facilities and the opportunity to play bowls (indoor and outdoor) in an international standard environment.

Windsor Road Slough

We have just submitted an application to Slough Borough Council for full planning permission for 122 apartments on a key site along one of the main routes into the town centre.  The scheme has been designed by bblur architects on behalf of Shanly Homes.

The scheme will see the area transformed with a series of well designed urban villas with a curved facade creating an exciting built form leading into the town centre.

New House in Richmond

We obtained planning permission on behalf of Holt Construction Ltd for a new house in East Sheen.  The architects for the scheme were Burgess Mean.  This was in parallel with a separate consent for the extension of the adjoining property. The site is within the London Borough of Richmond.

Keephatch Beech – Wokingham

Wokingham Borough Council has resolved to grant planning permission for an outline scheme for up to 300 dwellings. The application included detailed provision for a crucial section of the Northern Distributor Road, a vital piece of infrastructure for the North Wokingham Strategic Development Location.
The application was submitted on behalf of the Keephatch Beech Consortium, which comprises Bellway Homes, Shanly Homes, Beaulieu Homes and Sustainable Land.
